Hey everyone,SO ive been working with my 93 240 with the ka24de engine for about a month now, still ahvent figured out why it wont run properly. It will not start on its own unless i prime the intake with some gas. Once i get it running, it will not idle and only revs up to about 4000 RPM. If i give it any more throttle than that, it starves for fuel and revs about 2500 RPM. I have checked almost everything. The engine is timed perfectly (cams too), i have lots of spark, fuel pressure is 40+ pounds, i can hear the injectors pulsing away fine when its running. The check engine light is not on, but wheh i pull the codes from the ecu i get codes for the VSS and knock sensor (knock sensor i think is because its running so poorly). I have checked the TPS and the MAF for proper operation and they both check out fine. just recently pulled the whole fuel rail and injectors and cleaned everything out with cleaner. I have absolutely no idea where to look next. Its completely baffling me. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated!

if its throwing a knock sensor code, is it possibly the cause of the engine running strange? im not sure just exactly what information the knock sensor sends to the ecu...

is it possible that i have two ecu's with fried injector drivers in them? ... is it possible to fix this with a performance chip?
