I have a stock ka24de engine in my 91 240sx coupe, and one of the injectors went bad, so i put in 4 new 370cc injectors, and gonna put in a cold air intake and exhaust and tune it soon, but all i have in is the injectors for now, and now it wont start. anyone know what the problem is?oh yeah, and is it possible to run it on the stock fuel pump or should i definitely upgrade?

Pull a plug and see if you smell fuel, if not then pull the fuel line that goes to the rail and check if there is fuel there. if there is fuel at the rail but not in the cylinder check all grounds that you might have disconnected, un-plug and dielectric grease each injector. oh, and were they ebay injectors? if there isn't fuel at the rail check the fuel pump fuse and make sure there is gas in the tank.

370cc injectors are for an SR20DET. The KA24DE uses 270cc injectors.

Without tuning the ECU to compensate for the increased flow rate, it is dumping too much fuel and the car will never even try to run.

i know 370's come stock for sr20s, but i upgraded the ka injectors, and i will get it tuned once i get the intake installed. i did get it to run, i cleaned all the spark plugs and charged my battery, and after some more cranking got it to start but it runs so rich it wont idle, so im gonna get it to the shop soon to tune itshould i upgrade to the 255lph fuel pump or am i ok with the oem one on 370cc injectors?

Get it tuned first, and install the injectors at the same time, you will not be able to run with larger injectors.

Your oE fuel pump should be fine. as you wont break 180 whp, i doubt the stock fuel pump will be over-strained.
