KA24DE wiring harness problem

I'm swappin in a KA24DE into my originally SOHC 1990 hatch. I ordered a wiring harness from some junkyard in texas. It says "91 240sx 5 spd" on the rail that connects to the fuel injectors. Now all the wires and connectors go together EXCEPT the transmission. Theres only one plug in, when theres 4 on the transmission. Is there something im missing here? Ohh and yeah my transmission is a 5 speed manual not an auto, is this an auto reans engine harness that I have?
