Well I ended up getting two 91-94 complete harnesses. The one I'm using has this extra plug on it that would go inside by the ecu, the other does not. You can see the arrow of where the plug would go on the harness. Anyone know what this is for?

Plug for the TCU? Would make sense as all verts were autos.

I just swapped out my auto harness for a manual one in much better condition (converted anyway), and can confirm that for you. My auto harness had that plug, and an extra smaller ecm style connector. The manual did not.

Well I used that one in my car with my 5sp and works fine. I got an extra harness for $40 without it just to make a profit. I sold it on ebay for $140.00! So that's cool my car supports auto, not that I would ever do such a thing.
