I don't think he was asking to be flamed, that's a simple question if it can be done. Yes it can, many people have done it. And the second part of what turbo to be installed is a matter of a couple of things:

1. What are you looking for numberwise. (PSI, TQ, HP)2. How much money you have.

But, like kietdude suggested, the KA-T Forums will be able to answer any questions related to your objectives. That and searching will help you out big time.

Uhm, he is in a forum dedicated to the turbo'ing of the KA, so yes, flammage. But as the others have been nice, so will I. Typically, the T3/T04e .50 is the turbo of choice. As far as other mods, the sky is the limit. Do a little searching, and stick around if you are still interested. When I came here, I was going to install a blower, and knew nothing about turbos. 2 mos from now, I will be turbo'd. There is a lot to learn here, so stick around.

This was probably moved from the KA section. So not knowing that would probably make get my flamethrower out to.

But since I am ALL knowing...lol. Yeah man, the KA can be turbocharged. The most commonly used turbo is a T3/TO4E. Check out IAP, they are our current turbo sponsor and build a great complete kit. There's a link at the top of the forum.

Nope. You can only put leaf blowers on them.Turbo is too small. I'll have soem vids up tonight of my KA at 10psi.Gauge says 8 but I know it's a 10psi spring. Probably a leak at the T.

It could also depend on where you source from for the WG.

where do you read the boost for the gauge from because there is a slight drop in pressure after the intercooler.
