milage in a sense doesnt kill a motor. its how the miles were put on the engine that kill it. if compression is good on all cylinders the engine should be okay to boost. i think the greddy kit is set up to run like 4-8 psi. i think 6 psi to be exact.

you could find alot of information on this site if you use the handy dandy search function on the bottom left.

yeah, theres a whole forum dedicated to turboing the KA (KA24ET & KA24DET), but to answer your questions quickly: no, 64k is actually a lot lower mileage than people turbo at, but like sdwyzs14 said, its not the mileage, its the wear. You're gonna have to compression test at the very LEAST to find out what your engine can handle. The stock KA can handle all kinds of boost (proven to 15psi right now) if the fuel and timing is managed correctly. That said, word on the street is that 7psi is a reletavly safe amount of boost for stock internals. The greddy kit is cool I guess, but I feel like it's a better deal to just make your own setup. Plus I dont really like the e-manage.

Anyways man search, look at the KA-T forum, and good luck!

the attitudes are very different in those two engines. ka=oooodles of torquesr=oooodles of revs.

it all depends on you. go to the kat forums go to the sr forums. thats all gonna wind up personal prefference. im goin sr in a few months but im keeping my ka and gonna build it for kat incase anything happens to the sr.

its up to you man your wallet is the limit
