ka24de to rb20det swap

Im gonna swap my stock 91 nissan 240sx ka24de motor to a rb20det. I want to make sure im doing everything right. Im gonna grab an rb motor with everything like ecu and wiring harness and mt. Everything on my 240 is stock and its auto so i wanna kno everything i need to get the job done like new motor mounts or new drive shaft
