KA24DE Timing Chain Guide TSB

I have had problems finding this answer. Does the TSB for the KADE timing chain guides, advise to remove and replace or remove all together. Does removing the guides cause any future problems. I am also planning forced induction, Will that make a diffence on what I should do?

According to the TSB you are to remove the upper guide and discard it, there is no replacement as the part was discontinued when the bulletin was released. Other guys remove the side one for the upper chain as well. The side one is not part of the TSB.
