ka24de ticking

I think my tensioner or guide is lose in my ka24de(NA). I was wondering if they anyway for me to remove it or tighten it and is their any guide or anyone who has done it before

is it a ticking or a rattle? timing chains on these 240s are hydrolic they tighten as the oil pressure in the car builds up, you cant tighten them the car does it itself
