KA24DE Throttle Body Boring Service

I have a 95 Nissan 240sx SE with the KA24DE motor. I have found a awesome affordable mod that can be done to the KA. I sent my TB to http://www.maxbore.com/, and the work was done by Jorge Pugliese. He does some amazing work, he bores the TB to the max then realigns the TPS sensor. He has a lot of experience with Honda TBs so I took a chance with my Nissan TB, but it was worth it I felt gains all throught the power band. I also have a CAI and ported and polished intake mani. But it was a real noticable difference in throttle response and in the over all powerband.

I have alot of time rapped in my 240 and love driving and racing. Im not a street racer I actually go to track events and run autocross. I just want to share a find with other 240 owners. Thanks Zack

very nice work.. looks really clean, ill prolly get mine sent off or just do it myself( prolly wont be 70mm) lol but.. it will be cleaner, for sure.
