It bolts in - You need the motor w/ intake and exhaust manifolds and downpipe, the harness and ECU...and a set of DOHC power steering lines.

A/C compressor kinda bolts up, but you need to mod the bracket.

Under the dash, match the wires on the white plug, most of them match color for color, 3 are not used.

Pretty easy.
