I got a 1992 Ka24de motor from a friend and i swapped it into my 1990 nissan 240sx. Apprently the motor was running well when it was taken out. I got spark and fuel but the engine wont start. i have replaced the ECU, wiring harness and the MAF. Does anyone have any Ideas what it could be?

Check fuel pressure if possible... also check timing. Does it smell like fuel when you are cranking? Will it start if you spray starting fluid in there?

Hm, try this... after cranking it over and not having it start, pull the fuel pump fuse and try cranking for a while again... if it eventually kicks over (but it will die shortly after that), then you are getting too much fuel.
