I just bought a 90 w/ the DE swap incomplete. I wired up the ECU yesterday, and it still won't turnover. When you turn the key, the dash lights come on and you can hear a few clicks from under the hood at the resistor box under the aircleaner and that green box near the firewall on the driverside (sorry, my chilton's didn't say what that does). Also when you turn the key back to the off possition, the dash lights will not turn off. There is no fuel pump prime either.
Any suggestions?
