KA24DE swap now no fuel

so i have a 90 s13 automatic and i swaped in a 92 kade i used the ecu harness from a 5speed 92 s13 and the ecu as well. i used my original lower harness and wired the neutral switch and the reverse switch in. when i crank the motor it sounds great you can hear the injectors fireing, there is plenty of spark and i got compression out the yingyang. but the fuel pump wont run!! i checked all my wire connections and everyting seems fine. i checked the fuzes under the hood pulled the pump and checked for voltage there, there is none. i dont really want to hard wire it but i need to move the car. any help is appriciated.
