If you are getting fuel, spark, and air as you say, then it should run.
Has to be an issue with a timing/firing order mix up, or a sensor somewhere is playing up/not connected properly.
Is there any chance that you damaged some of the engine bay wiring during the swap?
Is there an immobiliser fitted to the car that could be the cause?

I'm thinking it might be either a wiring issue or timeing isn't on point 100% thanks for the input
