KA24DE Starter Issue ( Need Help )

I've been dealing with this starter issue ever since I replaced a leaking injector. I swapped in a spare starter and this happened


So I ended up having to pull the trans off the block to get a chunk of starter from between my flywheen and bellhousing.



So I end up putting it all back together with my original starter and it keeps having the same problem, But I decided to pull the fuel pump fuse and the coil wire off to test the starter/ flywheel engagement and when they are both off the motor spins freely with no problems???????

I cant figure it out, I've got videos I posted on Zilvia maybe you guys can help me figure this out.

So are you saying that only time your car stumble on the starter is when it tries to fire over?
