KA24de speed sensor bad or????

I recently swaped a new KA24De into my 93 coupe got the lower harness all plugged in but now when i drive the HUD only reads 0?? so the HUD is working atleast the light lol is this a bad speed sensor?? it worked before i did the swap its the same transmission! is there a way to test ?? also is there a relay for the sensor and where does it goto after its plugged into the harness does it have another connection underneath the relay box?? its bugging me haha im thinking of buying a new sensor??

New one on me, but I'd first check the wires connecting the speed sensor.

Ive unplugged and unplugged the one directly connected to the speed sensor like 6 times and drove around lo still no work! is there anywhere else a connection could be that would affect that? is there a relay or something?

No relay that I know of. Follow the wires from speed sensor up to the harness and see if anything looks weird. Maybe a connector in the engine bay is unplugged.

haha ya ive tried that but its all wrapped together so its impossible to follow i guess i should get a wiring diagram!
