ka24de/single cam pistons, piston slap head y?

i have a 92 ka24de wit all new seals,gaskets,and bearing, wit single cam piston and rods, cometric 1.5mm head gasket but when goin da pistons slap da head some times when barely on da gas around 2k after but i can feel da difference wit da pistons y is it knockin da head?

its probably the valves hitting the pistons...maybe

that might also be detonation. know what your comp ratio is? try slapping some octane b ooster and see if it shuts up.

First off use real words. Second use the search button. Third certain SOHC pistons hit the valves. Not certain which ones though.

ok ive swaped out the heads and now no smoking and no knocking anymore but the timing was on point before so im not sure so thanks for yur help
