alright, i flushed and filled the entire coolant system, checked the waterpump, boiled the thermo, filtered as much air out as possible.. everything is fine...

but, the coolant is still boiling at a low pressure point, and is boiling out of the reserve tank... i've seen this happen on other S13's, including ones with SR's..

the only thing i could think of is the cap, which says 13 lbs. might be weak, and opens at a much lower pressure.. I haven't replaced it yet..

Also, according to the factory temp gauge, the car isn't overheating... (gauge works)

my car: S13, KA24DE

any suggestions, or has anyone had this similar problem??

Bleeding air from a 240 engine is not fun. Search for bleeding coolant system. Very common question.
