KA24DE running rich

high all, ive done a conversion on my u12, its now powered by a ka24de as opposed the e, im unable to get the car running correct (the motor has been stripped and rebuilt to suit a turbo) so its had a little bit of work, anyway its all back together these days but i cannot get it to run right! its running rich blowing heaps of black smoke and fouls plugs very quickly, i had to replace the dizzy with a non genuine dizzy which i seem to think may be the problem, there is no injector dribble, the fuel pressure regulator is working, timing is correct newly replaced AFM, O2 sensor, coil pack...

i have tried just about everything and ive run out of options, ill run the ecu to check for errors sometime tomorrow but has anyone had this problem? the motor was running 100 % before pulling it out of the u13 it was in (besides blowing blue smoke due to leaky valve stem seals) so unless ive done something wrong in the wiring department then there should be any dramas

does anyone have any ideas or could possibly help, im in need of help desperately
