I just got a ka rebuild DVD off eBay last week. It’s a home made vid but it works and its good quality, the guy on the video explains everything while he is doing it. The video is about 2hr long. Some funny parts also. Here is a listing, going to end soon though.

If the link does not work, just do a search on ebay "Rebuild a Nissan 240sx DVD"

Is it worth rebuilding or swapping? I like the KA myself, but I'd like some more power. Sick of civics burning me!

Depends on your goals and what you want to do with the car.
