I had a leak in my 93 ka24de intake manifold. so I replaced the gasket to fix the leak and somewhere down the line something went wrong. I hooked all my harness back up up and alternator and crap but when I went to put the negative battery cable back up, it sparked like a son of a .... and I cant figure out why the hell its doing it. It also now has cut off all of my power to my wipers, lights, audio, clock, all that crap. The car will start but it will run like s***. And i was hoping to figure out what the hell is going on. If anyone has any advice or any help id love to hear it because im stumped.

You need to go back over everything,find your short and replace your blown fuses.You may have spiked the ECM and caused some damage to it.
