ok i have a 92 ka24de, completely stock except for a 2.5 inch exhuast with no cat

my problem is the car has been getting horrible gas mileage and there is a lack of power (compared to my other ka that runs fine), it smells like its running rich, and when you put your hand to the exhuast it feels cold.

ive checked for codes and there arent any codes, and when i go into mode 2 to check the A/F it will either show im running rich all the time or running lean all the time, the only time i can get the light to blink (stoich) is if i bring the rpms to about 2k while sitting still.

ive changed my spark plugs a few times but for some reason whenever i check them after driving the car for a while the plug gap is wider then what i set them at when i put them in, and there seems to be a weird smell coming from the exhuast, kind of like charcoal or something, so im confused im not sure what to do, somone help me!! lol

list of parts ive already replaced

mafcoilplugsplug wireso2 sensertried an ecu from another carfuel pumpfuel filter (z32)

You might have a sticking injector. Get the car to idle, then pull off the injector plugs one at a time. If one of the plugs doesnt change the idle much that means the injector is stuck open and you need a replacement.

Or you have a leak in your fuel rail and its dumping unatomized fuel into the heads. To check this, take your fuel rail off and prime the fuel pump by turning the car on and off. Have a paper towel under your injectors, look for wetness after you prime it a few times.

i was also thinking there could be something wrong with the factory FPR, do you think that might cause these problems also?

When checking the O2 sensor in mode-2, make sure motor is fully warmed up and maintain an RPM of 2,000 for at least two minutes; the light should then blink at least 5 times during 10 seconds.

Also the ECU coolant temperature sensor may be bad; here are the specs:
