KA24DE problem think ignition.

hey, my KA hesitates from about 1000-2000 rpm's and then goes fine. I replaced the plugs/wires and gave it a new knock sensor.. so i donno what could be the problem. Im starting to think maybe timing? Thanks.

well i hooked the scanner up to it at work and it said something about the egr valve.. what should i do?

Search for EGR. I have covered testing in this forum several times.

alright i took the vacuum line off the egr and capped it, still hesitates..

Ok great. whats wrong with the egr system? why is there a code stored?

i have no clue.. i cant scan it anymore because i just got called to active duty (im in the national guard) but i think it just said EGR Faulty or something to that.. and my buddy up there whos smart with cars said it could be the fuel filter.
