ka24de problem HELP!!!

i just bought a 91 240sx from a friend for $250 and the cars been nothin but hell , changed the lugs on the firts day tire fell off, tension rod randomy snapped 2nd day, today the 3rd day i was driving and the moror (ka24de) was ticking, no big then it gets louder and CLUNK motor stalls

i need this fixxed asap for transportation any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

does it turn over at all?

yea i figured that after some searching it does still turn over im hoping to tear down the motor nxt week or sell/ junk the car.
