Its pretty straight forward just don't damage the rods when takeing it out. Use an engine stand and flip the engine upside down,oil pan facine up. Use a rubber malet and use something to hit the rubber mallet but try not to damage the rods, unless your replacing it. Hit one side then the other, keep on repeating and it hsould come out.
