I know that the stock pistons are slightly different from one another and are marked with different grades so you can buy teh correct part but if im going to swap to 89mm bore aftermarket forged pistons do i have to mention the grades or do aftermarket pistons (EX: ARIAS) all come in one size.

I've not heard of pistons with different grades. My understanding is that they are all the same part.

As far as aftermarket pistons, they can usually provide a stock size bore or an oversize each with varying compression ratios. They will let you know what the bore sizing needs to be with consideration of the materials they use in the piston.

oem pistons do have different grades, but only for the stock bore. it tells how to determine which grade to use in the FSM.

there's no need to worry about grades when you overbore. send your oversized pistons to the machine shop with the block. they will bore each cylinder to fit a respective piston. if you assembly it yourself, make sure they are clearly marked so you don't get them mixed up.
