KA24DE Over heating... I've tried everything!

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

I changed the thomostat, water pump, radiator, even the whole engine! and its still over heating! im stumped

Yes it is and it needs to be done everytime you empty the system of coolant.

Did you use the old radiator hoses? Get someone to race the engine and see if the hose on the intake side of the H20 pump collapses due to suction.
