Ka24de N/A head setup

Well i'm gonna start building my all motor setup and need some ideas, more like a place to start on my engine, so i figured i'd ask the community what you think the best head set up would be for an N/A ka24de. what cams, valves, springs, etc. that i should go with. this set up with be for bracket racing so keep in mind i'm not trying to go over $4k for the entire engine. all input is appreciated. thanx
