ka24de More white smoke from the Muffler PLZ HELP

my s13 started smoking worse then ive ever seenbut run is problem just the idle (some time 5xx some time 7xX) i was thinking it was head gasket????

sounds like it, do a leak down test.

check for oil in coolant or coolant in oil, does the engine overheat?
