I'm about to install my fan shroud. I know nothing about these cars; I am an infant in the world of the S chassis. Will this part delete the big plastic fan in my car? When I bought it there was no shroud, and the stock fan ripped out a vacuum line somewhere. Needless to say, I would love to take it out so it doesnt do any more damage, if possible. Might be a dumb question, but like I said, I am very new to this chassis.

no, it wont delete it. Its going to make your fan pull more air directly through the radiator to increase cooling.

Okay. Is there any way I can get rid of the fan? Or does it have to stay in?

Remove the clutch fan from the waterpump, purchase and install electric fans and shroud.

Do I need to get an additional shroud and fans? I already have one set.

No the electric fans and new shroud eliminate the need for the clutch fan and plastic shroud. You will need a fan controller or elay setup
