it will fit, you might have to modify a few things

transmission will swap out (the sohc does not have the crank sensor)pistons

i think that may be it

motor mounts, all the bolts from the soch will work somewhere on the dohc...lol... and the reason i kno this is because ive lost too many bolts from doing work on mine so i just rob one from my parts car...and the mouts are the same because i just put one on from my s14 motor swap into my s13..mabey a few other things might work also..id have to really sit down and think about it
