Ive got a 1990 car with a 1992 DOHC. Before i get attacked yes ive searched this forums and any other that will remotely speak of an s chassis i can find. Yes, I personally repinned half the crap the other guy got wrong. Yes, I have fuel pressure (gauge installed), Yes, I have spark. I ohlmed the fuel injectors and even pulled the rail off my running car. I am getting 12v to the hot side of each injector. I have swapped ecus with 2 running vehicles and put them back into those cars and they cranked and ran before and after. I see no apparent damage or even remote attempts at repair or access to the harness so im still scratching my head. I have also added a grounding kit to every factory ground i can find. I've got pretty much every tool i need i just need to get pointed in the right direction. Thanks for the help guys

Bump -::fingers crossed::- anybody? Question... Can the distributor make the egi click(not sure this is the right name, the 2 green relays that control fuel) and still not make a good enough circuit to make the injectors fire? It's pretty much the only thing I havent replaced and I ruled it out because it was making the relay click

Hmm, the factory service manual shows it as being a pretty simple circuit.
The injectors get power from the battery, and the ECU seems to ground it to make it fire.

Does your fuel pump prime everytime you turn the key to the "ON" position?

I'd double check all the fuses to make sure everything is working.

Fuel pump primes as it should, goes to 35ish on the gauge when I hit the key and doesn't drop off unless I relieve the pressure. The circuit is fine and ecu has been double checked/swapped. All fuses are good, going to replace the relays with the ones out of my running car but I hear them clicking when I roll the distributor..

Go here for the 240sx Factory Service Manual:
http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/240sx/91-94/

Download EC.pdf (infact, download them all).
But open EC.pdf and jump to page 133, it'll show you the injector wiring diagram and will give you some diagnosis steps.
