I have a 1989 hardbody with a bad motor. I just bought 2 1993 ka24de's with wiring and ecu. Not to sure what I need to do the swap. The truck has a/c and ps I would like to keep the a/c and p/s. I have doon a search but did not find what I need to do. Does the motor bolt in, do I need a rear sump oil pan? And where would I find out how to wire in the efi. Is ther any thing else that I might have problems with. Thanks

You'd definitely need a truck oil pan for a KA motor.

98+ Frontiers used the KA24DE (truck variant) while the 91+ HBs used a single cam version of the same motor.

240SX's are different animals. The best you could do is to take the ECU and wiring harness out of the car and adapt it to the truck. I'd guess it would bolt in using motor mounts from a KA hardbody, but that's just a guess. Same goes for exhaust manifolds, etc.
