KA24DE in 240sx

Aight we have the engine and transmission. Your saying I would have to go out and buy the ecu for that engine? I'd have to get a new gauge cluster too? The ka24DE doesnt bolt right in to the engine mounts on the 89 240sx s13? And why would I need a new clutch? Im just trying to make sure I understand all of this before I go jumping into this and running into a problem, I dont wanna have to come back here and post and wait for a response. Sorry if im bothering

it will bolt in. u will need the DE ecu. the clutches might be interchangable but while u have the engine out you should replace it so u dont have to later. im pretty sure about the gauge cluster. with an sr swap u have to replace it on the 89-90 but not on the 91+, speed sensor differences i think.

So what I need is the ECU and maybe replace the clutch and get the gauge cluster? What car do I get the cluster for and do you know of a place I can get it for real cheap?
