ka24de idles rough and when i rev and let off almost dies

So i washed the engine last night and then the car wouldnt start. it would only crank. so today i got it to start but it idles a little rough and when i rev it and let off it almost dies and idle gets jumpy for a little. I tried swapping the maf, coil, injector plugs, coolant temp sensor, o2 sensor and still does the same thing. The car has spark on every cylinder. I pulled the plugs and they were black so most likely its running rich. Anyone have any ideas?

maybe your timing is off or you need to adjust your idle
