ka24de Idles perfect but immediately dies when given gas

First off I did hit up the search bar but the only result was not very useful.
I purchased a 89 today with the 96 de swap, the car starts and idles just fine but soon as I give it a little throttle it dies. I had little time to to work on it today but more so wanted to ask here in case of someone with a similar problem to save me some time troubleshooting one possible problem anyway. Fuel pressure is fine, it's actually acting like it is flooding out but it does not miss or idle rough, its like someone turns the key off soon as i touch the throttle. I'm leaning towards vacuum or a minor electrical issue.
