I have a 92 s13 with a 96 motor, the car was having weird Idle,Bogging, and stalling problems when I first swapped the motor. So I timed it right, and tried to adjust the IACV but the screw didn't work. So I replaced the TPS. Now it is not idling bad at all but its still bogging slightly. It seems to me like air/fuel ratio but I have all vacuum hoses blocked and EGR is blocked off, everythings else is how it supposed to be.

Any opinions would help I don't think it needs a new IACV because its idling great but I can't think of what else might b causing it,I'm pretty sure the MAF is working. Trying to get videos to post

replaced the Slave cylinder late last night

new o2 sensor, new plugs, new coolant temp sensor.

Today im gonna try to drive it to see what happens if it is still bogging i want to try to do an IACV removal or buy an after market intake manifold to see if it helps.

im gonna try to hook up a air/fuel ratio gauge to see just what its reading.

well its not going to drive today

the idle and bogging is just too heavy. i think i might be having trouble adjusting the new tps. i followed everything from the FSM and searched forums before adjusting it but even when i get it idleing right i dont get 2 ohms at idle with the multimeter????????

but its seems like it fires up and idles good, but if you start to give it gas it just chokes. After it idles for about a minute you can ease on the gas and it will go just fine, but if you give a womp it still hesitates.

there is so many things that it could be from sensors, gas issues, IACV vacuum bull sh_t. im not sure what THIS might be. I checked alot of sh_t.

Alright TODAY im going to try to clean my IACV. I live in FL, so its hard to tell the difference between hot and cold start up so i think I'll just clean it anyway. if it helps I SHALL POST if not we may just remove it. I also might as well clean out the MAF while im at it. and im gonna try to replace the knock sensor if i can find out somwhere local to buy it , autozone doesnt carry it.

If theres a moderator out there with some opinions it would be helpful

Wow. man I never thought there would be someone on here from Branford, FL...lol. I used to live there and my parents still do...hell if you have lived there long you might know my old 240...seeing it was like the only one in town that was moded..it was a 96 se, emerald green pearl in color with 18s and NOS..and alot of other mods..anyways I might be heading home to visit my parents and some friends this weekend...might be able to stop buy and look at the car with ya...my current 240 a 93 coupe is having simular problems..together we might be able to solve the problem.
