Idle air control valve, its on the back of the intake manifold bottom plenum. Alot of people have idle problems and this is a good place to start, just remove it and clean it with an old tooth brush and carb cleaner. Coolant temp. sensor, located on the intake manifold where the upper radiator hose attaches. You'll see two sensors there, one is for the gauge(smaller one) the other will most likely have a red plug and 2 wires. This sensor runs about $23 from a dealer and the idle air control valve is free so if I were in your shoes I'd start there. So with all that being said clean your IACV first, and it that doesn't fix it and you can't get your hands on a scan tool that datastream's replace the CTS.
