ka24de high idle rpms

hey guys, i hope you can help me, my 240 ka24de has high rpms, idle, between 1000 and 1300 rpms, and whenever i turn the A/C is even worse, it jump up to 2000 rpms, i got the intake manifold gasket replace, the ACC valve cleaned, the ignition rotor, spark plugs, spark plug wires replace, the air flow sensor replace... the engine has a noise like a exhaust leak, but i got headers thinking that the stock headers were crack and i got all the gaskets for the exhaust system replace... so... if someone has an idea what could be wrong with my ka24de please let me know thank you

Check the idle air regulator. Get a pair of long nose plyers, long enough to reach down between the intake manifild and squeeze the hose connected to the regulator. If your idle drops you probably need to replace it.
