I recently bought a 95 240sx se with no motor in it. I just dropped in my ka24de motor and it is cranking but im not getting any fuel, what can cause that

Bad fuel pump, clogged filter or fuel line, Burned-out fuse (for the fuel pump or injectors), or even possibly a sensor. If you haven't already, you should check all that stuff.

what chain of events brought you to this conclusion?

like posted above, you need to check for voltage at the pump. check the ground......listen to see if its even making noise.
