Ka24de HeadGasket

hey everyone quick question , i just got to changeing my spark plugs on my 92 240sx ka24de , and iv noticed that , cylinder 1 , 2 ,3 looked fine nothing on the spark plugs but normal black stuff , when i went and took out cylinder 4 spark plug it was soaked in coolent , not oil ,and white smoke dose come out of my exahust , is there anyway of stopping it or do i have to replace the head gasket , if so what head gasket should i go to and will an ebay one do for now ? , im prob gonna drive it for a bit and sell it and get something better , so if an ebay one is good for now ill pick a whole set up for it. easier said than done, have you ever done a head gasket? Mechanics want like 750-1000 if you haven't (I'm going through that process now)

my dad is good with cars changed alot of thing on car includeing the head gasket and im now leaerning mechanics at my school grade 11 , im gonna be changing the head gasket ,got a big enough garage and the tools im gonna buy a whole head gasket kit and install it , but the only thing i need to know is if there is a tut showing how to do it he would like me to try and do it my self , and how to reassemble the whole thing back together and set the timeing all right , i am capable of doing it , i did work on cars at school and helped my dad swap an engine before , this 240 was a project car and i found out that cylinder 4 did have coolent in it and i want to fix it make the car run smooth again , thanks
