KA24DE HEADERS

So a friend of mine gave some KA-T headers, but where you put the turbo, that part just blew off and I was wondering if I could maybe weld a plate on the part where it broke and just use it as normal (NA) headers. Here are some pics:

This how they would look if they where good:

So could it be done and would they be able to work good

LOL you do realize that is top mount tubular turbo mani right?? how and why in the fucck would you want to use it for NA???? you would LOSE power using that as a 'NA header'.

not good. heres an idea. cut off your cat, sell it, and buy an ebay 4-2-1 header.

but yea. that thing has about a snowballs chance in hell on working as ANY header, let alone for an N/A application

haha what you want, it was kinda a joke but if it works out why not.

I actually have a set of obx knock off ka24de headers in my garage with the aiv welded shut

maybe if you mounted it upside down and somehow ran the downpipe straight off the t3 flange, but still not worth any time because you probably would not gain much if anything.

As far as is this a joke thread, maybe, but I doubt it people have weird ideas, I would know more than half the time I'm one of those people.

^ the only reason i thought it might be a joke is cuz i find it hard to believe he couldnt tell the difference between the turbo flange and wg flange.

Sorry I don't know much about headers and turbo stuff But I learn'd something today
