im wanting to build a header for my ka but i cant really find any good pics of headers to use as a referance....does anyone have a good pic or any suggestions?

If you are going to build one, I'd say ignore what's already been designed and design your own decent equal-length header. Do some research on primary length and diameter, then design something that will fit your application (this is my plan for the future)

i need to fab one cause i swaped the ka into a 240z so i dont have the same clearance as in the s13

i've been looking into something like the obx header 4-2-1 but i'm really unsure on how long to make the runners....any ideas i'm having a hard time fining any info on them

id say measure exactly the room you have. then build from there. its a starting point

if you were going all out, check out burns stainless- they have a program for determining best dimensions. They are expensive though- a merge collector is in the $600 range.But you're probably not wanting to spend lots of money, so I'd concur with Wc240. Make some measurements, use some cheap materials for mock-ups, shoot for equal length and try it out.
