KA24DE Head On KA24E Block???????

alright i have a 90 nissan hardbody with the 2.4L KA24E (SOHC) i was wondering if i could put the DOHC KA24DE head on that block and what would be needed to do it. thx!

I would search this one, I've been off of the forums for 4 years and this was brought up 100 times when I was on then.

From what I remember, the compression will be higher than with a standard DE block with DE Heads and if you put an E head on a DE block you will see lower compression than standard.
