My friend just bought a KA24e by mistake and would like to know if he can put a KA24DE head to make it a dual cam. Is this possible or would it not be worth the time or energy? Thanks guys for your help

i'll save you the search.

yes, you can. But there is work associated with this swap, including fabricating a plate to seal the E timing chain cover to teh DE upper chain cover.

so, as it stands, it sounds liek its a bit out of your league. It is possible.... but not worth it.

welcome to NICO
