KA24De Head Gasket

I am in need of a good head gasket kit. Any recommendations on what brand I should look at getting?

Engine is a KA24De

the head gasket is a b*tch to get to and with that said. it is worth paying for good stuff here cause this is not a place you wanna be again. Cometic makes a head gasket for the 91-98 ka24de motor. these are great, they are made of three layers of stainless steel so their strong up to 20 psi boost and nitros apps. worth every penny.

Will the 90mm bore size fit a stock engine?

I'm just getting started with the basic upgrades.

I did some Googling and found that the standard bore size is 89mm. Should the gasket be the same size? or is 90mm the right fit?

Good question to be honest i don't know and i won't tell you yes when i'm not sure. i'll ask some auto stores what the oem replacement on it is and if it's 90 then it should be fine.
