i recently had some head work done and i put the head on with new arp head bolts and torqued them according to the fsm. well i took the head back off the do some more head work and my question is do i have to buy new head bolts? the motor never ran after i put the head on the first time so i didnt know if because i already torqued them down if i had to have new bolts?

Yes you can reuse your ARP headbolts
