Anyone have done this swap or have details on using the frontier block in the ka24de 240sx? Seems like the bottom end is ka24e w/de head so the oil pan is incompatible? Does the frontier pan clear the subframe or do I need an sohc pan? Some other details about the dip stick/girdle/starter and possibly distributor that I'm not too familiar about. Intake and accessories obviously need to move over but are the mounting holes cast in the same way? I imagine transmission bolt pattern is same?

Thanks in advance.

The exhaust and intake ports are different, i have no idea if you can take the 240sx transmission and mate it to a block meant for front wheel drive but i kinda dont think so

No offense, but for all the effort involved I don't see the benefit in doing this.
