alright i found out what the two plugs on the drivers side to to...one is the MAF and the other is the electric fan....right or that what they fit....now for the three plugs on the passenger side engine bay....their are three plugs....on the E motor harness those plugs would go the the front corner of the engine bay where i have two plugs...On the DE harness there are three plugs...one has two prongs, the other has five prongs and the last has like 8 prongs.....the plug with five prongs looks like it has to be extended (splice make longer to reach) as for the other two..i donno....Now on the inside harness...i pluged DE harness into the ECU...i see the plug above the glove compartment......now those wires are going to splice in near the ECU plug or another part of the harness....i believe there are two other connectors that are in the inside, near the DE harness,,i'll be taking a close look tonight....

when i did my swap i had extra plugs too. drove me nuts, so i had to figure out everything and bought both an E and a DE FSM to trace wiring (****ty thing is, between the two there were still wires unaccounted for)on the passenger side of the car there should be 3 plugsone is the ecutwo is the auto control plug (yes the harnesses are actually different between manual and auto cars)third is the setup for cruise control.at least thats how it fell in my swap.good luck to you, its not as easy as everyone says.
